Busy Bees Housekeeping provides residential and light commercial cleaning services within Glenn Heights, Texas and surrounding areas. All services are performed according to the agreed scope at time of booking.
Clients agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled service time. Busy Bees Housekeeping is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties, pets, or unsafe conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo or electronic invoice payments.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
Busy Bees Housekeeping will take reasonable care while providing services. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe environments.
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
